Channel Holdings offers expert consulting services led by Barry Johnson and a team of legal, business, and industry professionals. We help organizations strengthen their structure, leadership, and management by identifying improvement areas, creating tailored strategies, and driving effective change.

President / CEO:   Santa Barbara,  Ca.  Attended University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with an undergraduate degree in Business Finance and Economic Strategies.  Post graduate studies at the American Academy of Sports Medicine in Physical Therapy and Regenerative Medicine.   Mr. Johnson continued his post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School - Extended Program in Mergers & Acquisitions.   Mr. Johnson was founder and CEO of Progressive Motion and Advantus Medical.  Both of which specialized in rehabilitative therapies, pain management modalities and surgical implants.   After 10+ years of growing his businesses, a spin-off Tissue Banks and Biologic Regenerative Distribution healthcare products began to experience rapid growth.   With revenues exceeding expectations combined with an expansive staff and an effective management team, Mr. Johnson had the unexpected opportunity to participate as an actor  in several feature films, commercials and historical reenactment documentaries.  Grey's Anatomy, How to get away with Murder, Rescue Me and several western action films were some of the projects he worked on.  In addition to acting, Mr. Johnson saw a need for set-production efficiency and business organization/logistics.  He was subsequently offered an opportunity to become an Executive Producer of some of the film projects he was associate with.   Currently, Barry Johnson is the President and CEO of Channel Holdings, LLC: a consulting firm which helps physicians navigate through government legal compliance, proper corporate structuring and managing associated investment opportunities.  Mr. Johnson spends most of his spare time with his two very active sons; Adam & Asher Johnson.
